Today we went for a family hike to Three Sisters Trees. We took the jeep and the kids loved it. Caden rode in the backpack carrier for the first time and was the happiest he's been in a while. No whining from either child the entire time felt like a small miracle! (although the trip wasn't absent from whining..I Loved seeing my family so happy but wasn't thrilled with all the bugs and it being much more in the woods than Jeff had prepared me for :)
Aubrie was a pro hiker..stepping through all the sticks, getting scratched up and hiking back up a mountain that had me feeling tired..all with excitement and a great attitude.
Caden was !00% content all through our picnic and loved being outside on our adventure.
We all had a great time and our first family of 4 hiking adventure was a success!
